Teacher Story: Why I Chose to Teach English

From my old job to a new path
Before becoming a teacher at Englishehe, I worked in a completely different field. That job gave me experience, but I always felt something was missing. What stood out was that English was the bridge that helped me communicate and work with international colleagues and clients. That was when I realized the real power of this language.

The turning point with English
English had given me many opportunities, and I began to think: “If I can help others use English to change their lives, that would be a job truly worth doing.” From that thought, I decided to shift my career and start my journey as an online English teacher.

My journey with Englishehe
When I joined Englishehe, I realized this was not just a job, but a chance to walk alongside learners. Many of my Vietnamese students started out shy, afraid to speak or make mistakes. Watching them gradually become more confident and willing to communicate was a joy beyond comparison. Englishehe’s system and technology also allow me to focus entirely on teaching, giving learners the best experience possible.

The pride of becoming a teacher
From someone working in another field, I now find joy and pride in every lesson. I know that my role is not only teaching English, but also helping learners open new doors for their future.

My message
Teaching English is more than a profession—it is a mission to inspire and to provide opportunities. I believe that with persistence and the right environment, any learner can transform themselves through English—just as English transformed my own life.
